My goal with this pregnancy was to do it all naturally, but since it’s an induction I was just wondering if anyone has done one without an epidural and without any other pain medications and if you have, what helped? Like Reply WebMar 10, 2024 · I’ve had 5 births with no pain medication. 4 induced. 1 spontaneous. Yes, it hurts. A lot. There’s no way to sugar coat that. I was like you. I did not want an epidural no matter what because I had heard the horror stories and was horrified so I was committed to a no meds birth. I focused on my breathing. Nothing fancy. Just long slow breaths.
