Right now the only way to get the Switch save to PS5 is to cloud save on Switch, load up the cloud save on PC (GOG has the game on sale rn I think for $10 if you don't own it already on PC), manual save on PC to bring to 4.0, THEN you are able to load the new 4.0 cloud save on PS5.
