So when i run game i have 63fps no matter what options in game i have. VSYNC OFF in game,nvidia panel all default. To make 95 fps+ i just minimalize game and i must run some internet browser like firefox or real temp. I back to game and from 63fps cap i am getting normal fps.

Right click desktop > screen resolution > advanced settings > Monitor > Screen refresh rate. I have a 60 Hz monitor. BenQ GL2750.
