I even took out the card and re-seated it just in case not that I have moved or touched the eGPU it in a year. Interesting enough, everything works BUT the 4 USB ports … WebThe housing is meant to handle a beast of a graphics card. I needed a solution for both the Mac OS environ and PC world. So I went with a used AMD card (VEGA FE). The CHroma Core X handles the GPU perfectly. It doesn't even look bad on the desktop. The USB hub disconnecting is a real issue, but fortunately, I don't need those ports.
